- Serve as the highest technical design and thought leader authority in strategic customer programs
- Architect solutions across Data 360, Agentforce/AIForce, and Enterprise Security
- Define enterprise-wide architecture frameworks
- Ensure cutting-edge data platforms and AI-driven agents operate under high IT security and compliance standards
- Paint the solution vision for customers and partners
- Architect systems and guide implementation
- Translate business goals into secure, future-proof architectural blueprints
- Scale the ecosystem around Customer 360 and Data 360, Agentforce/AIForce Architecture, and Enterprise Security
- Own program architecture, the design-board interface, and technical escalation
- Build an Enterprise AI Harness where Data 360 acts as the trusted context layer
- Embed security into every architecture from day one
- Use AI to make solutions for customers faster and safer
- Define and execute the enterprise-wide Salesforce architecture roadmap
- Establish robust governance, trust layers, and architectural guardrails for Salesforce Agentforce/AIForce
- Architect scalable data foundations using Salesforce Data 360
- Design end-to-end security architectures to mitigate risks
- Define and enforce secure API integration patterns across the Salesforce ecosystem
- Act as lead architect by coordinating and aligning the work of multiple architects
- Guide the evaluation of business and technical requirements
- Review project vision, implementation approach, and key artifacts
- Align with project and engagement managers to support planning and implementation
- Direct early solution evaluation, including proactive issue management
- Engage effectively with executives, the account team, engineering, and product management
- Mentor diverse teams in technical delivery, communication strategies, and executive influence
- Identify, lead, or contribute to pivotal internal initiatives
- Support pre-sales activities to position Salesforce Services
