Anforderungen
- University degree in Business Administration, Finance or Accounting
- Minimum 5 years experience in Investment Banking, M&A Advisory, Transaction Services, Private Equity (preferably in one of the four largest professional services firms worldwide)
- Deep analytical and conceptual skills for complex financial topics
- Strong knowledge in corporate finance, valuation, financial modeling and IFRS Accounting
- International working experience (plus)
- Strong communication skills, team focus, comfortable in dynamic environment, early responsibility
- Excellent MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint) skills required. Basic Power BI, Alteryx, Power Query or data mining tools (plus)
- Well organized, team player, independent work completion
- Fluent German and English
Aufgaben
- Manage financial topics throughout the entire deal cycle
- Drive feasibility studies, transaction scoping, and business plans
- Prepare materials for Financial Due Diligence
- Drive business plan preparation with target management
- Validate key planning assumptions and identify adjustments
- Steer preparation of financial analyses for potential buyers
- Provide financial inputs for contract negotiations
- Determine financial implications of divestments on Siemens Group
- Support Carve-out process in financial matters
- Coordinate internal and external experts for financial work packages
- Prepare analyses of business models and financial statements
- Coordinate presentation of historical financials and business plans
- Support evaluation and challenging of business plans
- Analyze key assumptions, technical correctness, and consistency
- Prepare financial information and analysis for financial deal concepts
- Participate in discussions with experts on M&A topics
- Prepare key financial inputs for the sale agreement
- Contribute to presentations for Siemens Senior Management
- Determine deal financial impact of divestment projects
