Anforderungen
- Finance degree or similar with outstanding results
- At least 2 years of experience in Big4/Management Consulting or Controlling/Finance department with restructuring/turnarounds exposure
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Entrepreneurial mindset and hands-on approach
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Business fluency in German
- Business fluency in English
- Well-structured and concise communication skills
- Willingness to travel up to 4 days per week

Aufgaben
- Support on-site restructuring and performance improvement initiatives, focusing on liquidity and cash management.
- Collaborate with the Mutares restructuring team.
- Prepare financial analyses.
- Contribute to financial and liquidity models.
- Support assessment of restructuring and business improvement measures.
- Support structuring and implementation of financing measures, including factoring, ABL, and credit facilities.
- Coordinate with internal and external financing partners.
- Contribute to enhancing finance, controlling, and closing processes.
- Provide hands-on involvement in reporting, financial statement preparation, and audit activities.
- Support interaction with external stakeholders by preparing analyses, documentation, and follow-up materials.
