Anforderungen
- Master’s degree or equivalent in business administration, Finance, Accounting, or related field
- Several years of professional experience in Transaction Advisory, Deals, Corporate Finance, Valuation, or Financial Due Diligence at a leading advisory firm
- Experience in M&A transactions with exposure to financial due diligence, valuation, business plan modelling, or business/performance/project controlling
- Familiarity with M&A documentation and purchase agreements (SPAs) is beneficial
- Strong analytical capabilities and sound business judgement
- Genuine interest in M&A and corporate finance
- Solid knowledge of IFRS
- CPA, ACCA, ACA, CFA, or similar professional qualification is advantageous
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel and PowerPoint
- Experience with Power BI, Alteryx, or similar analytical tools is beneficial
- Empathetic, honest, authentic communication style
- Ability to collaborate with internal collaborators and external advisors
- Ability to navigate various levels of the Siemens organization
- Flexibility, result orientation, proactivity, and hands-on mentality
- Ability to get things done in a dynamic environment
- Highly proficient English skills, both written and spoken
- German or additional languages are an advantage
Aufgaben
- Lead smaller global buy- and sell-side M&A projects
- Contribute to larger M&A transactions with Corporate M&A and business teams
- Perform financial due diligence, valuations, analyses, and assessments
- Formulate key messages for negotiation teams and senior management
- Support preparation and analysis of special purpose financial statements
- Act as key contact for the financial workstream
- Build and maintain stakeholder relationships across Siemens worldwide
- Contribute to digitalization initiatives
- Enhance analytical capabilities, processes, and tools
- Support other strategic and finance-related projects
