Anforderungen
- University degree in Finance, Controlling, Business Administration, Business Informatics, or comparable field
- 7-10+ years professional experience in Controlling, Finance Transformation, Business Analysis, or comparable functions
- Proven track record in process optimization, automation initiatives, and project management
- Strong understanding of controlling processes, planning, forecasting, and management reporting
- Experience with ERP and BI systems, ideally SAP and Power BI

- Ability to translate business needs into practical systems and process solutions
