Anforderungen
- Engineering, IT, or CS education or equivalent experience
- Polarion ALM configuration, customization, administration, support experience
- Java and/or JavaScript experience
- REST APIs, SQL databases, Git, modern development tools experience (advantageous)
- Polarion SDK, Velocity scripting, system integrations experience (plus)
- ALM, PLM, Windchill, ThingWorx, Requirements, Test Management, regulated development processes experience (ideal)
- English proficiency (required), German proficiency (advantageous)

Aufgaben
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather Polarion requirements and identify technical opportunities
- Configure, customize, and maintain Polarion ALM solutions
- Troubleshoot systems and provide user support
- Manage users, roles, and permissions
- Monitor system health
- Analyze logs and troubleshoot system issues
- Perform system upgrades, patching, and validation
- Analyze and optimize system performance
- Develop and maintain technical documentation, configurations, procedures, and training materials
- Support validation, change management, and compliance activities
- Collaborate to improve processes and system capabilities
