Aufgaben
- Support the Director and Sales & Operation Germany department with business controlling tasks
- Prepare and report on month-end close
- Manage plan-to-perform processes including business plan, forecast, and KPI follow-up
- Conduct ad-hoc financial analysis
- Advise the BU Controller of E-Mobility on controlling topics
- Ensure accuracy of P&L structure and financial data alignment
- Drive month-end close through accrual preparation and accounting coordination
- Prepare monthly management reporting with clear financial performance insights
- Act as a financial partner in S&O GER MT meetings, supporting business decisions
- Prepare financial forecasts by translating business input into financials
- Lead the local business plan process with the local Management Team
- Support the preparation and monitoring of KPIs for business performance
- Advise on financial aspects of new initiatives and strategic decisions
- Support and challenge BU controlling governance
- Run specific initiatives or ad-hoc analysis as an advisor to BU Controller
