Aufgaben
- Build multi channel, multi platform campaign and marketing plans
- Execute hands on across performance channels including Google, Meta, LinkedIn, and TikTok
- Run and interpret A/B tests, budget allocation, and continuous optimization
- Plan and adapt campaigns across international markets, countries, audiences, and budgets
- Set up and maintain campaign tracking across platforms
- Contribute to building data warehouse and reporting infrastructure for analytics
- Own reporting dashboards and translate data into actionable recommendations
- Produce basic ad creatives independently
- Ensure creative and messaging consistency across campaigns and channels
- Propose and own campaign plans and marketing initiatives with minimal oversight
- Collaborate with management, design, CRM, website, PR, events, and student recruitment teams
- Adapt quickly to shifting priorities in a startup or scale up environment
