Anforderungen
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Chemical Engineering or comparable technical discipline
- Several years of experience operating, maintaining, or engineering complex chemical process or utility systems in industrial environments
- Experience in Semiconductor, Specialty Chemicals, Chemical, Processing, Petrochemical, Pharmaceutical Manufacturing, Industrial Gas, or Advanced Manufacturing industries
- Experience with industrial process plants or chemical utility systems
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
- Experience with commissioning, maintenance, or plant operations
- Knowledge of engineering documentation, operating procedures, and maintenance strategies
- Fluent German and English skills
- Willingness to travel to Taiwan for 3-month technical training program
Aufgaben
- Take technical ownership of chemical distribution, gas, and slurry systems
- Maintain safe, reliable chemical supply systems and ensure EHS compliance
- Lead troubleshooting, RCA, FMEA, and implement corrective actions
- Identify opportunities for system availability, performance, and maintenance optimization
- Contribute to design, construction, commissioning, and start-up of new chemical distribution systems and facility upgrades
- Develop and improve maintenance concepts, procedures, documentation, and standards
- Provide technical guidance and promote knowledge sharing
