Anforderungen
- University degree in biostatistics, statistics, mathematics, or comparable quantitative discipline
- At least 5 years relevant experience in pharmaceutical, biotechnology, or CRO environment
- Solid experience in clinical study design, Statistical Analysis Plans, statistical analyses, and interpretation of clinical study results
- Strong understanding of regulatory expectations and CDISC requirements for submissions, particularly ADaM
- Excellent SAS knowledge required; R experience advantageous
- Knowledge of Real-World Evidence methodology highly welcome; experience with PK/PD studies, bioequivalence studies, or adaptive designs is a plus
- Strong communication skills and ability to explain statistical concepts, methodological choices, and decision impact to non-statistical stakeholders
- Open, curious, and proactive mindset with motivation to bring new ideas, explore practical solutions, and collaborate across disciplines
- Fluency in English, both written and spoken

- Shape and review biostatistical strategies for pre-clinical and clinical studies
- Act as a statistical expert for clinical development teams
- Contribute to study design and protocol discussions
- Perform sample size calculations
- Develop and review Statistical Analysis Plans
- Develop and review methodological concepts
- Oversee and guide CROs and external partners
- Ensure high-quality biostatistical deliverables
- Translate statistical analyses into clear recommendations
- Contribute to clinical study reports and submission documents
- Provide biostatistical input to CRFs and data validation plans
- Explore innovative and AI-supported biostatistical approaches
