- Translate business requirements into Dynamics configurations and support solution design
- Configure and deliver new features, improvements, and rollouts
- Collaborate on automation initiatives using Copilot Studio and Power Automate
- Support integration testing and change activities with IT teams
- Create and maintain documentation, standards, and best practices
