Anforderungen
- University degree in Economics/Business Administration or comparable discipline
- International accounting certificate (e.g., ACCA) desirable
- Extensive professional experience in group accounting or auditing
- Several years of professional experience in consolidation with responsibility for preparation of consolidated financial statements, preferably for a globally acting company
- Project management experience in accounting (e.g. new IFRS implementation, post-acquisition integration)
- Confident handling of SAP consolidation systems and MS Office products
- Business fluent English (written and spoken), German preferred
- Intercultural sensitivity and very good cross-culture communication and understanding
Aufgaben
- Consolidate financial data according to group policy and IFRS
- Prepare consolidated group financial statements
- Manage technical consolidation of financial data in the consolidation system
- Ensure IFRS compliance of provided data
- Prepare consolidated cash flow statements
- Perform initial and final consolidations, mergers, etc.
- Propose improvements to consolidation and reporting processes
- Collaborate with auditors and internal departments
- Participate in implementing new systems like SAP Group Reporting
- Support and advise Financial Shared Services and Country Managers
- Secure internal controls over financial reporting for consolidation
