- Lead digital strategy and transformation workstreams for clients
- Develop practical strategies and support implementation
- Structure complex strategic issues and develop hypotheses
- Conduct analyses and turn findings into clear recommendations
- Lead analyses and develop Go-to-Market strategies
- Develop commercial transformation strategies
- Develop customer segmentation and commercial models
- Develop channel strategies and sales force effectiveness
- Develop pricing and customer experience strategies
- Develop operating models
- Support clients in developing AI strategies
- Support clients in implementing AI strategies
- Conduct opportunity assessments and use-case prioritization
- Develop target operating models and governance for AI
- Support capability building and transformation roadmaps for AI
- Contribute to large-scale digital transformation programs
- Translate strategic ambition into implementation across business, organization, processes, technology, and data
- Manage project workstreams and junior team members
- Coordinate with internal experts across strategy, technology, data, AI, and implementation
- Facilitate client workshops and management discussions
- Clearly communicate recommendations, trade-offs, and decisions
- Contribute to business development and proposals
