- Professional experience with SAP BW on HANA or SAP BW/4HANA, SAP Datasphere, and SAP Analytics Cloud
- Knowledge of SAP S/4HANA and SAP BDC (ideal)
- Specialized knowledge in planning (BPC, SAC)
- Experience with lakehouses (SAP Databricks, Snowflake, similar) (plus)
- Interest in business processes and solution development
- Conceptual and analytical methodological skills
- Experience in project management and methodologies (Scrum, ITIL, PRINCE2)
- Passionate consultant understanding people and client needs
- Inspiring clients with open, communicative manner
- Confident in management workshops and one-on-one conversations
- Basic to comprehensive programming skills (ABAP & SQL)
- Fluent German skills
- Very good English skills
- Willingness to travel moderately
- Ability to work independently and with dedication
- Creativity and sense of responsibility in a team
