Anforderungen
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Economics, Engineering, or related field
- MBA or CFA preferred
- 4-5 years professional experience in transformation, performance improvement, restructuring, private equity, transaction services, or top-tier management consulting
- Proven experience leading complex projects or workstreams
- Experience in fast-paced, ambiguous environments
- Proven track record in PMO roles
- Proven track record in large-scale transformation governance
- Experience supporting or working alongside CROs, transformation officers, or executive turnaround leaders
- Strong understanding of financial and operational value drivers
- Advanced financial modeling skills
- Advanced cash flow management skills
- Advanced KPI-based performance steering skills
- Ability to navigate complex stakeholder environments
- Ability to build a compelling case for change
- Entrepreneurial mindset
- Hands-on, execution-focused approach
- Comfortable flexing between big-picture strategy and operational detail
- Excellent communication skills
- Excellent negotiation skills
- Credibility at senior-management level
- Fluent English
- Fluent German
- Additional languages are a plus
- Willingness to travel in a hybrid working model
Aufgaben
- Lead complex projects, inspire teams, and drive success
- Deliver high-impact solutions
- Take end-to-end responsibility for workstreams and projects
- Work hands-on with owners, boards, and senior management teams
- Stabilize performance, unlock value, and implement sustainable change
- Design, structure, and drive transformation programs end-to-end
- Translate strategic initiatives into operational execution and tangible results
- Lead transformation, turnaround, and performance-improvement projects
- Design and execute value-creation and transformation programs
- Take responsibility for PMO setup and leadership
- Act as CRO support / transformation office lead
- Coordinate initiatives, track impact, and drive execution discipline
- Analyze corporate performance and identify value drivers
- Develop and manage integrated financial and operating models
- Take an active role in on-site execution
- Ensure initiatives translate into measurable financial impact
- Manage communication with senior stakeholders
- Lead, mentor, and develop junior team members
- Collaborate closely with interdisciplinary teams
- Build resilient businesses and adapt to changing markets
- Unlock growth opportunities, improve performance, and maximize investment value
- Optimize outcomes across complex deals
- Restore performance, strengthen operations, and ensure sustainable success
- Address sensitive matters, respond to compliance challenges, and tackle improper behavior
