Anforderungen
- Significant experience in Content Design, UX Writing, or similar product content role
- Strong writing craft for clear, precise, accessible, inclusive language
- Working with information architecture, content strategy, interaction design, complex user journeys
- Comfortable with ambiguity, problem framing, and recommendations
- Experience working across multiple teams and stakeholders, creating alignment
- Using research and data to inform decisions and evaluate work

- Excellent written and spoken English skills (C2 level or equivalent)
- Confident communication in German, French, or Italian

- Lead content design for complex dealer experiences
- Connect journeys and touchpoints across teams and product areas
- Shape AI-powered and language-based dealer experiences
- Explore and evaluate language, interaction, and AI behavior
- Use design disciplines to create clear, intuitive experiences
- Use research and data to influence product decisions
- Bring teams and stakeholders together around problems
- Scale content design expertise through AI, tools, and guidelines
- Improve existing solutions and create new ones
- Collaborate with Marketing on product and marketing narratives
- Contribute to product and feature naming and terminology
- Define in-product communication of propositions
