Anforderungen
- 5+ years DevOps, Cloud, or Platform Engineering experience
- Senior-level ownership

- Deep hands-on Terraform expertise
- Designing, implementing, operating production infrastructure at scale
- HashiCorp Terraform Associate certification or relevant certification (nice to have)

- Strong knowledge of Terraform modules, state, lifecycle, imports, dependencies, deployment strategies
- Managing infrastructure across large number of production environments (plus)
- Strong hands-on Azure experience
- Azure secure networking, identity, access management, secrets management, production operations
- Strong Azure DevOps experience
- Designing and maintaining enterprise-grade CI/CD pipelines
- Experience with GitHub Actions (nice to have)
- Good understanding of complete SDLC
- Automated testing, code quality, security scanning, artifact management, approvals, release governance
- Experience with Azure Policy, Defender for Cloud, or container/image security tooling (additional advantage)
- Solid Kubernetes experience
- Strong Docker and containerization knowledge
- Leading complex production incidents
- Driving root-cause analysis and follow-up improvements
- Strong stakeholder-management skills
- Explaining technical risks, trade-offs, incidents, delivery challenges clearly
- Experience with Azure AI / Foundry, ML platforms, or data-heavy workloads (nice to have)
- Experience with LangChain, LangGraph, LangSmith, or similar AI orchestration, evaluation, observability platforms (additional asset)
Aufgaben
- Design, build, and operate Azure infrastructure using Terraform
- Own Terraform architecture, including modules, state, versioning, dependencies, and environment separation
- Define reusable IaC standards, patterns, and automation for engineering teams
- Build and improve Azure DevOps CI/CD pipelines for build, test, and deployments
- Establish SDLC practices including code quality, security scanning, and quality gates
- Design secure Azure environments using VNets, private endpoints, RBAC, Managed Identities, Key Vault, and least-privilege principles
- Operate and improve AKS environments, including deployment, scaling, networking, observability, security, and troubleshooting
- Lead production incident management, including investigation, prioritization, technical coordination, communication, resolution, and root-cause follow-up
- Make and communicate architectural decisions, explaining trade-offs, risks, operational impact, and maintainability
- Take end-to-end ownership of platform initiatives
- Guide engineers and communicate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders
