Aufgaben
- Partner with senior IT security and leadership to evolve global cybersecurity strategy
- Translate strategy into a multi-year roadmap of capabilities, priorities, and initiatives
- Establish current state, desired future state, and practical pathways
- Maintain visibility across strategic security programs and initiatives
- Ensure priorities remain aligned and dependencies are understood
- Ensure execution supports longer-term objectives
- Bring structure and discipline without creating unnecessary bureaucracy
- Partner with Global VP of IT Security to understand budget performance
- Forecast future budget requirements
- Ensure investment plans align with strategic priorities
- Work with financial information and translate strategy into investment plans
- Work across Security Operations, IAM, GRC, and Architecture
- Ensure integrated strategy rather than individual functions
- Understand how security capabilities connect
- Build relationships to influence senior stakeholders
- Create alignment across a global organization
- Influence senior business stakeholders across functions, countries, and cultures
- Translate complex cybersecurity topics, risks, and decisions
- Create clear messages for technical and non-technical audiences
- Help stakeholders understand what matters and why
- Identify gaps in transformation

- Strengthen processes, governance, and ways of working
