Aufgaben
- Underwrite Engineering treaty and facultative business for Germany, Austria, and Nordic markets
- Conduct technical and actuarial assessments for underwriting
- Review wording and negotiate with clients
- Perform post-underwriting activities including risk surveys and portfolio reviews
- Service treaty and facultative accounts
- Provide claims support
- Source and develop new Engineering business
- Deepen relationships with insurance companies and brokers
- Position Swiss Re as a preferred partner for various covers
- Strengthen Swiss Re's market position in engineering reinsurance
- Deliver expert client service through timely advice and special acceptances
- Provide training sessions and workshops to clients
- Drive product innovation by designing tailored reinsurance solutions
- Address emerging technological risks with clients
- Enhance external visibility on Engineering topics
- Participate in market events
- Contribute to thought leadership articles and social media engagement
- Collaborate across business units to develop new business opportunities
- Contribute to the Swiss Re Global Engineering community
- Share knowledge and participate in special projects and research
- Support the implementation of strategic initiatives for the Special Lines business
