Aufgaben
- Support environmental, health, and safety compliance for functions and projects
- Ensure compliance with environmental, health, and safety regulations and standards
- Manage mandatory trainings and documentation for German governmental agencies
- Implement and maintain safety programs and policies
- Conduct facility, equipment, and process inspections and audits
- Identify opportunities for EHS improvement
- Propose system improvements and monitor KPIs for zero accident policy
- Assist with handling, storage, and disposal of hazardous materials and waste
- Promote workplace health, safety, and environmental concerns across all organizational levels
- Ensure access to relevant EHS training programs
- Roll out EHS awareness campaigns and introductory initiatives
- Perform and support risk analysis
- Implement measures to reduce employee risk exposure according to regulations
- Develop and coordinate emergency response plans and procedures
- Investigate accidents, incidents, and near-misses to determine root causes
- Implement corrective actions to prevent recurrence of incidents
- Provide expert advice on health and safety matters related to products and projects
- Contribute to risk management processes and hazard analysis at project level (FMEA, HAZID, HAZOP)
- Support teams throughout project lifecycles to ensure adherence to requirements
- Propose actions to contain risk exposure
