Aufgaben
- Manage and deliver the Annual Development Cycle for Europe
- Analyze training needs and demand, including technical, finance, soft skills, and coaching
- Develop and manage the annual externally delivered training curriculum and calendar
- Communicate programmes, curriculum, and calendar to key stakeholders
- Source new programmes, instructors, and providers
- Manage, coordinate, and execute training delivery in Europe
- Maintain training records
- Conduct and evaluate training, including follow-up actions
- Prepare, manage, and monitor training budgets
- Manage key provider relationships, including cost analyses and contractual considerations
- Collaborate with leaders and teams to develop strategic learning content
- Introduce innovative learning solutions and AI-driven approaches
- Create engaging training materials
- Improve programmes through participant feedback and ongoing assessment
- Run the banker training champions effort, including hosting calls and follow-up
- Support the execution of the firm's global learning management system (LMS)
- Act as a Project Manager for LMS customization and user development
- Collaborate to ensure effective administration and management of the LMS, including HRIS and system integrations
- Maintain a centralized record of local programming, including continuing education, coaching, and compliance training
- Develop and leverage quarterly European Training KPIs
- Maintain accurate system reporting in the LMS for year-end reporting
- Analyze annual training plans to make recommendations for future years
- Track and report on LMS outcomes to key stakeholders
- Coordinate with Compliance to implement and execute compliance-related training
- Provide analytical support to the Talent function, delivering insights for talent and learning strategies
- Analyze, communicate, and follow up on training-related KPIs and management information
- Collaborate and provide input to financial reporting and overall budgeting
- Perform various analytical analyses as requested
