Anforderungen
- Degree in economics/business administration with focus on accounting/controlling or comparable education
- 1-3 years of professional experience in finance desirable
- In-depth knowledge of Excel with large datasets and common CRM/controlling tools
- Knowledge of various ERP and reporting systems: Oracle, Hyperion, Essbase, SAP
- Negotiation-level German and English
- Teamwork, analytical thinking, and high initiative
Aufgaben
- Actively support the CFO with various financial matters
- Prepare monthly financial statements, analyzing plans and forecasts for internal management and the group
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual budgets
- Support business units (Sales, IT, Product Management, Legal) with analysis and financial management and control
- Liaise with international group contacts regarding commission accounting
- Prepare, provide, and analyze sales revenues for variable sales compensation preparation
- Organize the internal payout process for sales compensation
- Support pricing and business case modeling as needed
- Analyze and report on KPIs
- Compile statistics and evaluations
- Perform ad-hoc analyses and contribute to financial projects
