- Own the group's forecasting and planning engine
- Sharpen ARR and liquidity steering
- Partner on fundraising
- Partner on board reporting

- Own and improve the integrated business plan
- Run the annual budget and rolling re-forecast
- Translate strategy into a defensible operating plan
- Define and report KPIs
- Build KPIs into our BI dashboard
- Flag risks and levers early
- Support board and investor reporting
- Support potential future funding rounds with models
- Support potential future funding rounds with investor-grade materials
- Build and own cohort analytics tied to go-to-market
- Turn cohort analytics into recommendations on spend and channel mix
- Partner with Commercial and Service Operations leaders on unit economics
- Partner with Commercial and Service Operations leaders on pricing
- Partner with Commercial and Service Operations leaders on funnel efficiency
- Partner with Commercial and Service Operations leaders on investment decisions
- Design scalable processes using AI and agentic tooling
