Anforderungen
- Several years of finance sector experience (startup, SME, or consulting)
- Excellent Excel and Google Sheets skills
- Experience with PowerPoint or similar presentation software
- Experience with accounting systems (e.g., DATEV, NetSuite)

- Basic understanding of all finance processes (AP, AR, banking, payroll)

- Independent and structured work approach

- Desire to support clients remotely or project-by-project
- Willingness to support clients on-site to a limited extent
Aufgaben
- Execute projects and implement new tools and processes
- Oversee operational finance processes, including reporting and analysis
- Manage budgeting
- Manage monthly and annual financial statements
- Develop and optimize liquidity forecasts, business cases, and financial models
- Identify and implement efficient processes, automation, and finance tools
- Collaborate with tax advisors, auditors, tax authorities, investors, banks, and other relevant parties
- Collaborate with clients on projects, primarily remotely and on-site as needed
