- Act as trusted finance advisor to Refinery VP, supporting strategic, commercial, and investment decisions
- Drive financial performance and ensure delivery of economic and strategic targets
- Lead interventions to address financial risks and performance gaps
- Ensure a robust financial control and governance environment
- Identify and mitigate risks
- Ensure compliance with internal standards
- Drive process simplification, digitalisation, and efficiency improvements
- Build and develop finance team capabilities and future talent pipelines
- Oversee core finance processes delivery through integration with finance and business teams
