- Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments and collaborating with distributed, multi-location engineering teams
- Experience in regulated or safety-critical industries (e.g., medical devices, automotive, aerospace)
- Familiarity with medical device firmware development lifecycle processes
- Experience with video/image processing pipelines and high-speed interfaces (e.g., LVDS, CoaXPress)
- Experience with CI/CD pipelines, Hardware-in-the-Loop (HIL) testing, and advanced hardware debugging
Aufgaben
- Develop FPGA firmware architecture, requirements, and technical designs
- Design and implement FPGA firmware using VHDL and/or SystemVerilog
- Implement deterministic and timing-critical functions
- Implement video processing pipelines and control logic
- Support hardware-firmware integration activities
- Collaborate with cross-functional engineering teams
- Define and execute verification and validation activities
- Maintain coding standards, quality gates, and best practices
- Support CI/CD workflows and lab validation activities
- Support AI-enabled engineering processes
- Support continuous improvement initiatives
- Ensure compliance with medical device development standards and lifecycle processes
