Aufgaben
- Own the controlling of charitable affiliates, foundation assets, and external charitable projects
- Track financial KPIs and report on financial health
- Review financial reports, budgets, and audit reports from affiliates and projects
- Provide clear feedback to external partners and internal Program Managers
- Prepare for and participate in board and committee meetings
- Conduct due diligence on funding requests, checking compliance and budget plausibility
- Assess the expected impact of funding requests
- Underwrite donation of funds agreements, setting installments, budgets, and financial terms
- Define reporting requirements for donation agreements
- Challenge budgets for value for money
- Coach subsidiary finance teams on planning, cash management, and financial processes
- Support the hiring and onboarding of finance leads for subsidiaries
- Review and sign off on vetting and monitoring work from the AI controlling agent
- Prepare financial analysis and scenarios for strategic budget decisions
- Ensure accurate project-related data and document records in S/4 HANA and Donation and Impact Management System
- Lead improvements to finance and operational processes, including controlling tools and reporting
- Implement AI and agentic workflows for routine tasks
- Resolve information gaps between controlling and program management teams
- Coordinate decisions that depend on both controlling and program management
