Anforderungen
- Master’s or doctoral degree in health economics, biostatistics, public health, economics, epidemiology, or comparable scientific field
- +5 years of experience in HEOR in medical device or pharmaceutical industry
- Ability to independently lead complex HEOR projects
- Provide scientific guidance to internal stakeholders
- Advanced knowledge of developing health economic models (decision tree, Markov)
- Conducting cost-benefit, cost-utility, cost-effectiveness, budget impact analyses
- Experience with analyzing Real-World Data (claims, EHR)
- Sound knowledge of healthcare and reimbursement systems in Europe and/or US
- Efficiently analyze scientific literature and data
- Prepare results for different target audiences
- Enjoyment of working in innovative, dynamic, global team
- Eagerness to contribute actively
- Very good written and spoken German skills
- Very good written and spoken English skills

- Design and conduct health economic studies for Europe and the United States
- Analyze clinical, health economic, and real-world data
- Develop health economic models for cost-effectiveness, cost-benefit, cost-utility, and budget-impact analyses
- Conduct literature and data research to support model development
- Prepare results in presentations, reports, and scientific manuscripts
- Present results to internal and external stakeholders
- Act as a scientific HEOR partner for cross-functional teams
- Translate scientific and health economic evidence into insights
