Anforderungen
- Degree in (Business) Computer Science, IT, or IT Management
- Several years leading IT and integration projects
- In-depth knowledge of requirements analysis and management
- In-depth knowledge of SAP system integration
- Extensive experience in design and implementation of integration solutions
- Experience in complex IT landscapes
- Familiarity with agile and traditional project management
- Creation of technical solution and interface designs
- Experience with SAP PI/PO, SAP Integration Suite, or Talend DI
- Familiarity with modern API, event, and messaging architectures
- Experience with cloud and hybrid integration scenarios
- Evaluating new technologies and integration approaches
- Excellent German language skills
- Excellent English language skills
- Relevant professional experience or further qualification
Aufgaben
- Support digital transformation within the PxC Group
- Serve as the central point of contact for IT integration matters
- Shape the future integration landscape of the Phoenix Contact Group
- Connect key enterprise platforms to create seamless end-to-end processes
- Support global rollouts as part of a team
- Ensure implementation of global standards and local requirements
- Lead integration projects and subprojects
- Analyze business and technical requirements with business units and IT teams
- Design integration and solution architectures for SAP, Salesforce, Teamcenter, and other enterprise applications
- Advise on integration strategies, interface concepts, and technical solutions within projects
- Perform technical design of complex integration scenarios
- Oversee implementation from requirements gathering through to go-live
- Ensure compliance with documentation guidelines and corporate standards
- Manage external service providers and coordinate their services
- Create and monitor schedules and budgets
- Build professional networks within and outside the Phoenix Contact Group
- Actively further develop company-wide integration architecture, standards, methods, and technologies
