- 2+ years technical consulting, enterprise integration, or technical product work
- Customer-facing role experience
- Solid grasp of ERP landscapes, interfaces, and master data
- Deep understanding of at least one ERP system (functional and integration)
- Familiarity with common integration formats (CSV, XML, JSON) and transports (REST/SOAP APIs, SFTP)
- Fluent German and English (spoken and written)
- Understanding of P2P and O2C processes (including finance and accounting)
- Experience writing engineering specifications
- Comfortable reading production code with AI tools
Aufgaben
- Onboard customers on ERP integrations by analyzing IT landscapes, engaging stakeholders, advising on best practices, and installing/configuring
- Ensure connectivity between BLP and customer ERP systems
- Assess and challenge change requests
- Specify change requests for Integration Engineers
- Advise customers during self-onboarding
- Collaborate with Integration Engineers to improve integrations and streamline onboarding
- Flag development needs and blockers, and make clear recommendations
- Support Project Managers on technical feasibility, effort, and sequencing
