- Contribute to product backlog refinement
- Assist the product owner in strategic product roadmap development
- Collaborate with software engineers on requirement implementation
- Work with the team architect on requirement implementation
- Conduct thorough business testing
- Serve as a subject matter expert in credit
- Provide support to the Sales team on specialist inquiries
- Provide support to the Sales team on specialist requests
- Continuously enhance domain knowledge
- Offer valuable insights to colleagues
- Assume ownership for Avaloq Region EU Platform functionality
- Be accountable for Avaloq Region EU Platform functionality
- Liaise with teams responsible for technical frameworks
- Liaise with teams responsible for functional components
- Ensure seamless integration and optimal performance
- Participate in knowledge exchange with business analysts
- Collaborate with business analysts across countries
- Address market-specific requirements
- Work towards developing standardized products
- Provide input for product documentation
- Conduct reviews of artefacts created by technical writers
- Support existing clients by analyzing reported incidents
- Respond to service requests in a timely manner
- Respond to service requests professionally
