Aufgaben
- Own and improve IT infrastructure
- Administer Jira Cloud
- Manage Linux systems
- Oversee operational security
- Transition from VM-based hosting to Microsoft Azure
- Lead the migration of virtual machines and services to Microsoft Azure
- Design and maintain Azure infrastructure
- Establish infrastructure-as-code and automation
- Maintain and support Linux servers, virtual machines, and Docker environments
- Support internal services
- Plan and perform operating system upgrades and security updates
- Perform patching, hardening, and lifecycle management
- Monitor infrastructure health, capacity, and availability
- Monitor backups and performance
- Monitor security vulnerabilities
- Establish reliable backup and restore procedures
- Establish disaster-recovery and business-continuity procedures
- Administer and govern Jira Cloud projects, workflows, and permissions
- Manage Jira Cloud roles, automations, and integrations
- Manage Jira Cloud marketplace applications and license usage
- Support Microsoft 365 and Entra ID administration
- Manage identity, access, and MFA
- Manage RBAC and integrations
- Maintain secure connectivity, DNS, and certificates
- Manage VPNs, firewalls, and reverse proxies
- Support internal network services
- Support security monitoring and logging
- Support incident investigation and vulnerability remediation
- Support operational security controls
- Provide advanced technical support
- Act as an escalation point for infrastructure issues
- Act as an escalation point for access issues
- Document systems and dependencies
- Document maintenance procedures and architecture decisions
