Anforderungen
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, Industrial Automation, or related technical field
- Master's degree preferred
- Minimum 4 years progressive IT/OT experience
- At least 2 years IT/OT convergence and cybersecurity experience
- Strong expertise in networking technologies and concepts
- Expertise in TCP/IP, VLANs, firewalls, VPNs, and industrial communication protocols
- Solid knowledge of cybersecurity principles
- Solid knowledge of risk management and security controls in industrial/operational environments
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication skills, explaining complex technical concepts
- Ability to work independently
- Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional global teams
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS or Azure) integration with OT environments
Aufgaben
- Design, implement, and maintain secure network architectures and communication frameworks for IT/OT integration
- Conduct OT environment risk assessments and implement cybersecurity controls
- Manage intrusion detection, vulnerability management, and incident response planning for OT
- Partner with IT and OT stakeholders to develop and enforce security policies
- Continuously improve security standards and best practices
- Troubleshoot complex connectivity issues in converged IT/OT environments
- Resolve system failures and performance bottlenecks across IT/OT
- Lead evaluation, selection, and deployment of technologies for operational efficiency
- Enhance operational reliability and security through technology deployment
- Support IT/OT security incident response activities
- Conduct forensic investigations and containment during incidents
- Manage recovery and lessons learned from security incidents
- Create and maintain technical documentation, including network diagrams
- Document system configurations, security procedures, and operational guidelines
- Monitor emerging technologies and cybersecurity trends
- Ensure ongoing compliance with regulatory requirements like NIST and IEC 62443
- Drive continuous improvement in IT/OT security and operations
