- Strong Linux administration skills
- Practical experience with Docker or Podman

- Experience with Zabbix, Prometheus, Grafana, or OpenTelemetry (nice to have)
- Experience deploying or operating GPU servers or clusters (nice to have)
- Proficiency in Python or scripting for automation (nice to have)
Aufgaben
- Design, implement, operate, and maintain infrastructure across on-premises, co-located data center, and cloud environments, including Microsoft 365
- Manage the lifecycle of servers, storage, networking equipment, workstations, and notebooks
- Monitor system availability, capacity, and performance, especially for network and storage infrastructure
- Troubleshoot issues, identify bottlenecks, and implement improvements
- Design and maintain identity, authentication, authorization, group membership, and access provisioning processes
- Automate infrastructure provisioning, configuration, and maintenance using infrastructure-as-code and configuration-management tools
- Develop scripts and internal tools or services to automate tasks, integrate systems, and improve workflows
- Define and implement infrastructure security controls, backup and recovery procedures, and service availability measures
- Automate workstation provisioning and configuration
- Manage endpoint software and settings
- Provide hands-on support for office IT issues
- Implement and fix infrastructure issues directly
