Anforderungen
- University degree in computer science, engineering, or comparable qualification
- Strong professional experience building production backend services with Kotlin or Java and Spring Boot
- Experience designing and operating distributed, event-driven, high-availability systems
- Solid understanding of Domain-Driven Design
- Ability to work on latency-sensitive, high-throughput systems
- Experience designing, operating, and optimising data persistence for backend services
- Strong engineering-quality mindset: clean, secure, testable, documented, maintainable code
- Familiarity with cloud-native development and operations
- Strong analytical skills and clear communication
- Experience with designing and operating gRPC services (plus)
- Experience with financial-market systems (strong plus)
Aufgaben
- Design, build, and evolve business-critical services for the trading lifecycle
- Develop backend services using Kotlin, Java, and Spring Boot
- Work with product, operations, risk, and engineering teams
- Translate trading processes into software models and APIs
- Build integrations with internal platforms and external trading venues
- Ensure robust processing of time-sensitive financial data
- Contribute to architecture, implementation, testing, and deployment
- Contribute to monitoring and continuous improvement
- Help ensure platform correctness, performance, and availability
- Help ensure platform security and auditability
- Work in an autonomous agile team
- Participate in code reviews and automated testing
- Participate in continuous integration and delivery
- Work with cloud-based infrastructure and infrastructure as code
- Improve platform reliability and automation
- Improve platform observability and developer experience
- Improve operational processes
