Aufgaben
- Provide specialized legal advice on Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG) matters
- Support the integration of Boehringer Ingelheim’s SD4G framework
- Offer strategic legal counsel on ESG legal and regulatory requirements
- Shape legal interpretation of emerging ESG regulations, including EU Taxonomy and CSRD
- Shape legal interpretation of EU Corporate Sustainability Due Diligence Directive (CSDDD)
- Shape legal interpretation of EU Empowering Consumers Directive (Green Claims)
- Shape legal interpretation of product compliance frameworks like EU Packaging and Packaging Waste Regulation
- Translate ESG regulatory requirements into actionable business guidance
- Translate ESG regulatory requirements into actionable contractual clauses
- Act as Legal Business Partner for the Corporate Sustainability team
- Serve as central legal contact for global SD4G coordination
- Drive development of pragmatic legal solutions for reporting obligations
- Drive development of pragmatic legal solutions for corporate governance requirements
- Drive development of pragmatic legal solutions for organizational structures
- Advise on legal risks and opportunities for sustainability initiatives
- Advise on legal risks and opportunities for social engagement initiatives
- Structure, draft, and negotiate transaction agreements
- Structure, draft, and negotiate loan agreements
- Structure, draft, and negotiate cooperation agreements
- Structure, draft, and negotiate sponsorship contracts
- Represent Global Legal & Compliance in relevant committees
- Represent Global Legal & Compliance in steering groups
- Represent Global Legal & Compliance in external peer networks
- Foster collaboration in strategic discussions
- Bring legal ESG perspectives into strategic discussions
