Aufgaben
- Identify, assess, and manage litigation funding opportunities in Germany and the DACH region
- Collaborate with potential clients, their counsel, experts, and Deminor’s international team
- Oversee funding projects throughout the investment selection process
- Review funding requests submitted to Deminor
- Assess legal and commercial merits of funding requests
- Engage with key stakeholders on funding requests
- Negotiate funding terms
- Draft funding documentation upon Investment Committee approval
- Monitor disputes and capital deployment
- Manage cases through to completion with clients and counsel
- Facilitate payment of Deminor’s return
- Expand Deminor’s footprint in the German-speaking market
- Contribute to business development and marketing initiatives
- Proactively engage with corporations, law firms, and institutions
- Propose initiatives for consideration by the Executive Committee
- Support funding opportunities in other markets
- Contribute to cross-border matters within Deminor’s international portfolio
