Aufgaben
- Advise and support the HVDC business on complex project contracts
- Draft, negotiate, and execute complex project contracts
- Manage complex project contracts
- Advise on sales law, contract for work and services, and plant construction law
- Support operational units in internal processes, including risk review procedures
- Ensure compliance with internal policies, guidelines, and applicable laws
- Support the implementation of policies and guidelines
- Monitor legal developments
- Train employees on relevant legal topics
- Support the adaptation of existing policies
- Support the creation of new directives
- Implement new directives
- Collaborate in national and international project teams
- Work with in-house colleagues and other functions
- Work with external counsel when required
- Work closely with legal colleagues across regions, particularly within the DACH region and the Grid Integration Legal Community
- Defend Hitachi Energy’s legal claims
- Enforce Hitachi Energy’s legal claims
- Represent Hitachi Energy before courts, arbitration tribunals, and public authorities
- Engage external law firms in Germany and abroad
- Coordinate external law firms in Germany and abroad
