Aufgaben
- Provide legal advice on commercial and corporate matters
- Draft, review, and negotiate national and international contracts
- Focus on SaaS, software, customer, partner, and supplier agreements
- Support international expansion and UK market entry
- Build and improve scalable legal processes
- Develop and improve contract templates
- Develop and improve governance frameworks
- Partner closely with Sales, Product, Finance, and Management
- Coordinate external legal counsel when required
- Support data protection matters
- Support compliance matters
- Support corporate housekeeping matters
- Drive adoption of Legal Tech solutions
- Drive adoption of AI-powered solutions to improve legal operations
