- Consulting experience, ideally in IT, process, digital transformation, automation or AI
- Degree in business, technology, computer science, engineering or comparable
- Strong understanding of client development and consulting projects
- Experience leading complex projects or teams; agile and structured delivery
- Good understanding of digital solutions, automation and AI use cases
- Confident communication with senior decision-makers; strong presentation skills
- Ability to conduct analyses and translate into actionable business cases
- Curious, fast-learning, proactive personality with ownership and resilience
- Fluent German and fluent English skills
Aufgaben
- Lead complex AI and automation projects from concept to implementation
- Ensure high-quality delivery and tangible business outcomes for clients
- Act as a trusted interface for senior client stakeholders
- Understand client business needs and translate them into solution approaches
- Support account growth by identifying client needs
- Prepare proposals, RFPs, and business cases
- Contribute to new project opportunities, upselling, and follow-on business
- Develop digital and AI-driven solution concepts and roadmaps
- Develop business cases that improve performance and reduce costs
- Develop business cases that create measurable user value
- Provide functional leadership to multidisciplinary project teams
- Design and facilitate client workshops on automation and AI
- Design and facilitate client training sessions on automation and AI
- Design and facilitate decision-making formats around automation and AI
- Contribute to the further development of delivery frameworks
- Contribute to the further development of governance structures
- Contribute to the further development of execution playbooks
- Contribute to the further development of consulting standards
