Aufgaben
- Develop and drive global sourcing strategies and category roadmaps
- Manage the end-to-end supplier lifecycle
- Conduct market intelligence and sourcing events
- Lead negotiations and contracting with suppliers
- Manage ongoing supplier relationships
- Own global supplier performance and capacity management
- Ensure transparency, reliability, and proactive risk mitigation with regional teams
- Lead complex global and regional negotiations
- Ensure robust supply agreements in partnership with Finance and Legal
- Leverage commodity insights to inform sourcing decisions
- Develop timing strategies and scenario analyses
- Translate market data into leadership recommendations
- Support new product introductions
- Ensure effective mould lifecycle management through early supplier engagement
- Act as a procurement partner to Engineering, Operations, Supply Chain, Quality, Finance, and regional stakeholders
- Prepare and present data-driven insights and recommendations to senior audiences
