Anforderungen
- Degree in Business Informatics, Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Information Management, or comparable field
- Extensive experience in Operational Excellence, Business Process Management, Continuous Improvement, Transformation, or Internal Consulting
- Successfully implemented governance structures, process management frameworks, and performance management systems in complex organizations
- Ability to build trust and credibility with stakeholders at all levels, influence decisions without formal authority
- Strong analytical capabilities with excellent communication and facilitation skills
- Enjoyment of coaching and enabling others, experience with process owners, managers, and cross-functional teams
- Thriving in dynamic environments with ambiguity, evolving priorities, and organizational transformation
- Experience with BPM methodologies and tools such as Signavio; familiarity with process mining, Information Management, ITIL, or IT service organizations is a plus
- Lean or Six Sigma qualification, ideally Black Belt level, or comparable continuous improvement training is a plus
- Confident communication in English; German language skills are an advantage

- Continuously evolve the Operational Excellence framework
- Connect strategy, business processes, governance, and performance management
- Lead the development and rollout of the BPM framework
- Establish process architecture, ownership models, and governance standards
- Develop sustainable ways of working for process management
- Establish and develop process performance management
- Define process goals, KPIs, and OKRs
- Implement visual management boards and review routines
- Support the rollout of the Information Management process
- Contribute process, governance, and portfolio management expertise
- Partner with Senior Leadership Team to identify improvement opportunities
- Facilitate alignment and support strategic decision-making
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives
- Implement structured problem-solving approaches
- Promote a culture of improvement
- Ensure sustainable execution of improvement measures
- Identify process inefficiencies and performance gaps
- Translate insights into actionable recommendations
- Enable process owners and cross-functional teams
- Provide coaching, facilitation, and training
- Strengthen process and improvement competencies
- Support strategy execution
- Translate strategic priorities into measurable process goals
- Develop implementation roadmaps and progress monitoring mechanisms
