Aufgaben
- Procure pharmaceuticals, APIs, and components for a defined therapeutic area
- Ensure reliable and compliant supply of pharmaceuticals, APIs, and components
- Act as the Single Point of Contact for CDMOs
- Manage end-to-end order fulfilment
- Coordinate with Sales, Quality, Artwork, and Logistics for deliveries
- Ensure on-time, in-full, and compliant deliveries
- Manage the full purchase order lifecycle
- Track purchase order confirmations
- Monitor purchase order deadlines
- Post goods receipts
- Verify invoices
- Monitor stock levels
- Manage bridging stock scenarios
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders for product availability
- Maintain procurement-relevant master data
- Ensure high data quality across systems
- Contribute to supply chain projects like divestments and transfers
- Collaborate with Sales, Quality Assurance, and Regulatory Affairs
- Ensure smooth execution of projects
- Support business operations activities
- Map processes
- Visualize processes
- Report on KPIs
- Analyze data
