Aufgaben
- Lead productivity and margin improvement programs
- Manage, mentor, and motivate employees
- Ensure performance and quality meet customer requirements
- Serve as the on-site customer contact
- Manage all expense and financial performance activities for your area
- Perform on-site functions, including Health & Safety
- Plan resources and personnel, and develop a flexible workforce
- Report to the Branch Manager
- Live CTDI values with optimism and create a positive environment
- Oversee inbound, warehouse, picking, packing, and outbound operations
- Lead operational teams through Team Leaders/Supervisors
- Support daily operations, the team, and solve operational issues
- Manage productivity, quality, backlog, output, and service levels
- Adjust staffing and resources for changing volumes and priorities
- Manage labor costs, overtime, and budget impacts on operational results
- Implement workplace organization, process improvement, and efficiency initiatives
- Identify issues, find practical solutions, and follow up on actions
- Communicate effectively, lead with a team-oriented approach, and cooperate with other departments
- Utilize Excel and WMS or similar systems
