- Drive efficiency and reproducibility across modalities
- Take ownership of complex data processing pipelines for omics modalities
- Ensure seamless integration of omics data into downstream workflows
- Collaborate with partners to establish robust data standardization processes
- Ensure consistency in data quality and formats across diverse sources
- Define global standards for data processing, integration, and delivery
- Contribute to the development of a unified data ecosystem
- Contribute to the development and optimization of computational biology pipelines, databases, and data assets
- Support cutting-edge research initiatives
- Strengthen stakeholder relationships through effective communication and alignment
