Anforderungen
- University degree in Finance, Controlling, Business Administration, Economics or similar
- At least 3 years Senior Performance Controlling or comparable global/corporate controlling experience
- Strong expertise in management reporting, planning, forecasting, variance analysis, financial performance steering
- Sound accounting knowledge, P&L, balance sheet, cash flow, management reporting/statutory financial reporting interface
- Practical experience with management-reporting systems, planning/consolidation tools, dashboard solutions; Tagetik experience or strong Tagetik knowledge preferred
- Experience defining KPI requirements, reporting structures, data dimensions for dashboards and management reports
- Interest in or practical exposure to AI applications in financial analysis, reporting, forecasting or process automation
- Proven business understanding in industrial, manufacturing, electrification, automation, drives, energy or comparable technology-oriented industries
- Experience working with international divisions and global matrix organization
- Advanced analytical, financial modelling, presentation skills; strong Excel and PowerPoint proficiency
- Fluent German and English; additional languages advantageous
- Structured, analytical, detail-oriented, focus on material business drivers
- Digitally minded, interest in modern reporting, KPI governance, automation and AI-enabled Finance solutions
- Confident communicator, constructive challenger, strong stakeholder-management skills
- High ownership, integrity, resilience in dynamic, deadline-driven global environment
- Collaborative team player, connect divisions, central Finance functions, IT and senior management
