Aufgaben
- Develop concepts and technological foundations for next-generation eBeam systems
- Integrate emerging technologies and innovations to enhance eBeam product performance
- Contribute to the strategic direction of the eBeam technology roadmap
- Address future semiconductor process control challenges
- Analyze and optimize electron optical systems using simulation and mathematical modelling
- Conduct feasibility studies, prototypes, and experimental testing
- Lead cross-functional, cross-team development projects
- Initiate and manage collaborations with industry partners and academic institutions
- Evaluate research trends to identify technological opportunities and risks
- Support IP and patent coordination by identifying innovation potential
- Contribute to invention disclosures
- Foster cross-team innovation, technical excellence, and knowledge sharing
- Work closely with an international, multidisciplinary team and external development partners
