Anforderungen
- Significant experience in PR, external communications or corporate communications
- Experience in B2B SaaS, enterprise software or technology
- Strong track record managing communications across multiple markets or international audiences
- Strong experience building media relationships in Netherlands, Germany or UK
- Understanding of differing PR approaches between markets
- Experience translating complex technology or product developments into stories
- Confidence advising and preparing C-suite executives for media interviews, panels and speaking engagements
- Strong understanding of PR and earned media contribution to AI search and discovery
- Excellent English communication and writing skills
- Experience managing PR agencies, freelancers or external communications partners
- Ability to build structure where it doesn't yet exist
- Knowledge of German B2B technology and business media landscape
- Experience communicating around AI, enterprise software, ITSM or digital transformation
- German language skills
- Dutch language skills
Aufgaben
- Own PR strategy and execution across the Netherlands, Germany, and the UK
- Adapt PR approach to each market's maturity and media landscape
- Build and strengthen relationships with technology, trade, and business media
- Develop compelling media stories, thought leadership, and bylines
- Secure interview opportunities for TOPdesk
- Support and prepare the Executive Team for interviews and speaking opportunities
- Lead communications for key TOPdesk moments like events and announcements
- Communicate product and AI strategy through earned media
- Partner with Internal Communications to align employee and external messaging
- Manage PR agencies and freelance partners across markets
- Set clear priorities and ensure high-quality execution from partners
- Build a meaningful approach to PR measurement
- Focus PR measurement on share of voice, coverage quality, and business relevance
- Adapt messaging and tone for different European audiences
- Help build a scalable European PR playbook for new markets
