Anforderungen

  • Master’s degree or higher in Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics, Electrical Engineering, Automation, or related discipline
  • Hands-on R&D design experience in mechatronic actuators, low-power motors (BLDC/DC), electromagnetic coils, or fluid/damping systems
  • Proven track record in full-cycle Design–Prototype–Test delivery
  • Solid knowledge of rapid prototyping, precision machining, electromagnetic assembly, and materials processing
  • Strong resource integration skills for managing collaborative R&D projects
  • Ability to independently manage collaborative R&D projects with universities, research institutes, and external suppliers
  • Professional working proficiency in English for communication and technical exchange
  • Strong cross-cultural communication abilities and collaborative mindset
  • Familiarity with actuator and mechatronic supply chains and manufacturing/machining networks in Europe and China
  • Ability to leverage bilateral resources effectively
  • Hands-on experience with magnetorheological (MR) damping technology, smart suspension systems, or precision-controlled actuation systems
  • Proficiency in electromagnetic simulation software or CAD platforms

  • Maintain partnerships with European research institutes
  • Drive joint R&D projects
  • Drive research projects with external partners
  • Drive technology transfer to build innovation ecosystem
  • Identify European prototyping vendors
  • Interface with European research institutions
  • Interface with Tier suppliers
  • Evaluate technical proposals from vendors
  • Manage component customization with suppliers
  • Manage component procurement with suppliers
  • Drive prototype build from concept to functional samples
  • Tackle engineering challenges in assembly
  • Tackle engineering challenges in sealing
  • Tackle engineering challenges in integration
  • Tackle engineering challenges in testing
  • Develop test plans for actuator systems
  • Supervise bench testing of actuator systems
  • Supervise performance evaluation of actuator systems
  • Drive iterative design improvements based on test results
