Aufgaben
- Manage Odoo ERP system, focusing on Order Management data and processes
- Review exceptions in data flows between Odoo, eCommerce, and other platforms
- Drive automation of order-related customer service tasks with the Customer Service team
- Expand self-service options for customers
- Define product requirements across various departments
- Prioritize essential product features
- Ensure successful product launches
- Oversee the product life cycle and roadmap from conception to release
- Be actively involved in IT processes supporting daily business, focusing on Order Management
- Collaborate with customer service teams on Order Management
- Manage closing and auditing activities related to Order Management
- Manage other aspects associated with Sundays business
- Establish trustful relationships with internal stakeholders
- Drive collaborative build-up and prioritization of the ERP tech roadmap
- Continuously monitor and optimize systems and related processes
- Influence the digital product and Sunday's overall IT landscape
